PhD Day 2024: an opportunity to explore the future of research
The PhD Day 2024 will take place on November 29 at the Palazzo della Borsa, in the historic Sala delle Grida, with the support of the RAISE project.
The event represents an important opportunity for dialogue and exchange among young researchers, professors, and professionals in the field.
During the day, Professor Laura Gaggero will present the P8 – Boosting PhD Students project, one of the training pathways included in RAISE’s Training Program, coordinated by Spoke 5. Her intervention will contribute to the discussion on the opportunities offered by RAISE.
Additionally, three poster presentation sessions will be organized, some of which will specifically focus on research projects linked to RAISE. The goal is to promote active exchanges of ideas and methodologies.
Among the speakers, Professor Giorgio Cannata from UniGe will illustrate recent results in the field of robotics and their significant impact on RAISE-related topics. He will also highlight the integration of these outcomes with research areas within the PhD program in Bioengineering and Robotics, emphasizing how this collaboration contributes to the growth of the sector.
The event is open to all interested parties and aims to foster a deeper understanding and networking between academia and advanced research.
