INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR THE RAISE S.C.A.R.L. NEWSLETTER
Types of Data Collected
RAISE provides a newsletter service for users. To offer this service, it collects the following types of data: email address, first and last name, profession, and any other data voluntarily provided by the user.
Purpose of Data Processing
The purpose is to enroll the user in the RAISE newsletter through the specific registration form. Users’ personal data will be processed using electronic tools (including portable devices) to the extent strictly necessary and proportionate to ensure the security of networks and the information that transits through them, and in compliance with the confidentiality obligations of the Data Controller, as well as adopting technical-organizational security measures appropriate to the type of data processed. Providing such data is optional; if the user decides to unsubscribe using the specific procedure at the bottom of each newsletter, they will be removed from the mailing list and will no longer receive the RAISE newsletter.
Legal Basis for Processing
The processing is necessary for the performance of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the data subject/user (see Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).
Data Retention
RAISE retains personal data until consent is withdrawn and, in any case, for a maximum of 24 months, unless the user requests an extension of the newsletter service. The Data Controller may retain the data for a longer period if necessary for the exercise or defence of legal claims.
External Data Processors
For newsletter activities, RAISE has appointed Open-Box srl, part of Noacom, located at Via Vittorio Veneto 12/A, 52028 Terranuova Bracciolini (AR), as an external data processor.
Sub-processors
The platform used for managing contacts and sending newsletters is MailUp®, owned by Growens S.p.A, located at Via Pola 9, 20124 Milano.
Server Location
MailUp’s servers are located in Italy.
