The program supports the development of business ideas based on the results of research carried out in the context of the 4 vertical spokes of RAISE, in order to facilitate the transfer of innovative solutions to the market for the benefit of the economic and social system. The RAISE up programme is managed by RAISE Spoke 5, supported by professionals from PwC Italia and I3P - Incubator of the Politecnico di Torino.

RAISE up
The mentoring program for teams of innovators in the RAISE ecosystem - Robotics and AI for socio-economic empowerment
The RAISE up program supports the development of business ideas that extend the research conducted in the RAISE scientific spokes and are enabled by artificial intelligence and robotics.
The programme is open to all teams of innovators in the RAISE ecosystem who wish to be supported in the valorisation of their research results. Over a period of approximately six months, the programme will alternate mentoring sessions for the selected teams with events aimed at promoting networking and matchmaking activities between the teams, companies and investors interested in the initiative.
The selection of participants for the two editions will be made by mutual agreement between Spoke Leaders, Spoke5 and TT contacts of each Spoke, on the basis of applications submitted by interested teams.

FIRST EDITION
The first edition of the RAISE up mentorship program included, in addition to one-on-one mentorship sessions for the 12 selected teams, four key events—three held in person and one online—that marked the growth journey of the selected innovative solutions. Through a progressive approach, the program guided the teams from presenting their technologies to developing business models and addressing strategic and financial aspects, tackling key challenges in technology transfer: from refining their innovative idea to engaging with the business and investment world.
SECOND EDITION
The second edition of the RAISE up mentorship program will guide the selected research teams through a growth journey aimed at enhancing innovative solutions based on artificial intelligence and robotics. The program will provide teams with one-on-one mentorship sessions and three events where they will have the opportunity to present their projects, gather feedback, and refine their solutions with the support of their mentors. The journey will culminate in Pitch Day, where the solutions will be showcased to investors and key stakeholders within the ecosystem. By joining the RAISE up community, businesses and professionals will be able to closely follow the development of the projects and expand their network.
